當前高等職業教育人才培養模式研究
摘要：文章從高職教育人才培養模式的內涵入手，分析了當前高等職業教育人才培養具有人才層次的高級性、知識、能力的職業性、人才的技術性、培養手段的多樣性的特性，從專業設置、人才培養方案、教學改革與管理、過程控制與學生評價、教師隊伍建設等一系列環節著手，從高職人才培養目標出發構建高職教育人才培養模式。關鍵詞：高職教育；培養模式；人才培養 Abstract: The article from the Vocational Education Training mode to start the connotation, the analysis of the current higher vocational education training with a senior-level talent, knowledge, professional ability, technical personnel, training means the diversity of features, from a professional Set up personnel training programs, educational reform and management, process control and evaluation of students, teachers, and so begin a series of links from high training goals starting to build models of higher vocational education training.
