我國農(nóng)業(yè)融資面臨的問題及對策
摘 要：我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)作為支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中具有重要地位。然而長期以來，由于受到財政體制、金融供給體制、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)投資體制和農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營體制的影響和制約，我國“3農(nóng)”資金日趨缺乏，農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)10分薄弱，已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重制約了我國農(nóng)業(yè)乃至整個國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。因此，只有加大財政投入，改革金融體制，大力引進外資，調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，促進農(nóng)業(yè)融資，農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展才能得到根本保障。

Abstract: China is a big agricultural country, agriculture as its pillar industries in the national economy plays an important role. But for a long time, the financial system, the financial system supply, agricultural industries and agricultural investment system operating system constraints and the impact of Chinas "three agricultural " growing lack of funds, very bad agricultural foundation, has hampered not only Chinas agriculture, seriously, but also the entire national economic development. Therefore, we must increase financial input, reform the financial system introduce foreign capital vigorously, adjust the industrial structure of agriculture, and promote agricultural financing, so that the development of agriculture can be protected.
