　　【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the expressions and correlation of EZH2 and PTEN in prostate cancer for the purpose of illustrating their relations to pathological grading and clinical phase. METHODS: The expressions of EZH2 and PTEN in 60 cases of prostate cancer were detected with immunohistochemistry of SABC. RESULTS: The expression rates of EZH2 and PTEN were 98.3% and 25.0%.
