　　崗位職責(zé)

　　1.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目施工安全管理；

　　In charge of *** project construction safety management

　　2.對(duì)承包商人員進(jìn)行入場(chǎng)安全培訓(xùn)，努力提高施工人員的安全意識(shí)和安全技能；

　　Perform safety induction training for contractors to ensure they comply with site safety procedures and related laws ,so as to reinforce contractors' safety awareness and ability.

　　3.審查承包商安全管理程序，保證其符合工廠及法律法規(guī)要求；

　　review the safety certification of employer and special equipment and Special operations personnel,and keep them in document

　　4.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)巡檢，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)施工活動(dòng)中存在的不安全行為和不安全狀態(tài)，并采取措施予以糾正；

　　perform safety patrol everyday, inspect all the safety behavior of workers and PPE and working conditions, then push correction and follow all the risks founded .

　　5.組織項(xiàng)目管理定期進(jìn)行安全檢查，完成報(bào)告并跟蹤；

　　Organize project managements to carry out  regular and special inspection  referring to fall protection, electricity ,hoist, welding, scaffolding, crane and PPE and so on. Finish report and keep following

　　6.參加項(xiàng)目施工安全會(huì)議及各類安全技術(shù)交底并提出建議;

　　Participate safety meeting such as jobs start meeting ,tool box meeting and weekly or monthly safety meeting  to review the construction safety condition and provide safety advice.

　　7.熟悉事故管理流程，對(duì)各類事故和未遂事故進(jìn)行調(diào)查處理，分析并總結(jié)事故根本原因，跟蹤落實(shí)整改；

　　Familiar with accident management workflow, investigate all accidents/incidents and near miss, keep track of the corrective action plan;

　　8.熟悉工作許可證管理；

　　Familiar with work permit system;

　　9.針對(duì)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)作業(yè)活動(dòng)召開(kāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析會(huì)，提出安全施工建議；

　　Give comments for high risk activities on construction field and organize risk analysis meeting;

　　10.熟悉工廠運(yùn)營(yíng)期間安全檢查管理，能夠獨(dú)立制定檢查計(jì)劃并安排實(shí)施；

　　Familiar with safety inspection, make inspection plan and push implementation;

　　11.熟練運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析工具，如LEC，JHA，5why，ETA，F(xiàn)TA等；

　　Proficiency in risk analysis tools, e.x. LEC, JHA, 5WHY, ETA, FTA, etc..

　　12.了解MOC，PSSR，HAZOP，LOPA等工藝安全管理工具；

　　Understand basic knowledge of MOC, PSSR, HAZOP, LOPA, and other process safety management tools;

　　13.了解消防相關(guān)消防知識(shí)；

　　FF knowledge required;

　　14.了解項(xiàng)目審批流程。

　　Understand workflow of new project approval.

　　Safety Responsibility:

　　1.推動(dòng)員工尊重并恪守公司的EHS 規(guī)章制度；

　　Promote staffs to respect and adhere to company's EHS regulations;

　　2.監(jiān)控和調(diào)查任何EHS不符合項(xiàng)，及時(shí)跟進(jìn)糾正/預(yù)防措施，實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)性改進(jìn)；

　　Supervise and investigate any EHS non conformity, follow up corrective / preventive actions, and achieve continuous improvement;

　　3.辨識(shí)和監(jiān)控工廠運(yùn)作單元的EHS潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；

　　Identify and monitor EHS potential risks of plant operation units;

　　4.計(jì)劃、實(shí)施和監(jiān)控與事故、火災(zāi)及安全生產(chǎn)有關(guān)的所有EHS活動(dòng)；

　　Plan,implement and monitor all EHS activities related to accidents,fires,and safety in production;

　　5.參加相關(guān)的EHS培訓(xùn)。

　　Participate in EHS relevant trainings.
