怎樣做好考研英語自我介紹

　　一般來說，自我介紹包括開場白、姓名、畢業(yè)院校、畢業(yè)專業(yè)、為什么讀研、將來從事的方向意、讀研時的打算、結(jié)束語等等。

　　開場白比較簡單，一般就是一個簡單的問候和寒暄，如：Good morning，dear distinguished teachers! I am very glad to be here for this interview.其中要特別注意要與面試老師打招呼。

　　第二點關(guān)于姓名，畢業(yè)院校，所學(xué)專業(yè)部分不是自我介紹的重點，同學(xué)們在講這部分的時間基本就是面試老師們?yōu)g覽個人簡歷的時間，這部分按部就班介紹就可以了。參考表達：I am Li Ming. My English name is Jacky Lee. You can call me that if you’d like to. I am majored in Electronic Science and Technology, I will graduate from Xidian University in this coming July.

　　考研原因幾乎是每個導(dǎo)師都會關(guān)心的問題，因此最好把這個問題就放在自我介紹里面說了。這部分的內(nèi)容我們務(wù)必要讓考官感到我們選擇這個專業(yè)是經(jīng)過深思熟慮的，是一個理性的選擇而不是一時沖動。通常我們可以從以下三個方面來回答。

　　1、興趣，即強調(diào)對所報考的專業(yè)懷有極大的興趣(have significant interest in…)。如果本科就讀的專業(yè)與報考的專業(yè)一致，則可以說明想繼續(xù)深造(further education)的愿望。如果不一致，則要說明報考專業(yè)對你的吸引力 (…appeals to/attracts me a lot)。

　　2、優(yōu)勢，即強調(diào)研究生相對于本科生在知識、學(xué)術(shù)方面的優(yōu)勢，如：知識面更廣(wider knowledge)，學(xué)術(shù)更專業(yè)(more professional)，眼界更廣闊等(broaden one’s horizon)。

　　3、益處，即強調(diào)考研對你的未來的積極影響(have a positive effect on…)，可以從求職、職業(yè)規(guī)劃、人生經(jīng)歷等方面入手進行說明。可參考的詞匯、短語如下：be helpful, contribute to, be beneficial to, be conductive to, be a definite advantage, become a strong point when it comes to… 等等。

　　對于那些在職考生或有工作經(jīng)驗的考生來說，考官樂于知道他們?yōu)槭裁?放棄工作而)重新學(xué)習(xí)。考生可以直言在工作發(fā)現(xiàn)某些知識或技能很重要，希望能通過學(xué)習(xí)在這些方面進行提高。例: In my work, I found … is rather important. I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning. So I choose to go back to school and improve myself.

　　然后，可以在自我介紹中展現(xiàn)自己對未來的規(guī)劃，其目的在于向老師們展示自己對時間、學(xué)習(xí)、人生有一定計劃性和掌控能力。

　　參考回答：I plan to concentrate on study and research in this field in my graduate time. And I hope I can form a systematic view of ... and make a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here. After graduation. I would like to work as a .... I hope that in five years after graduation, I can....

　　最后，請務(wù)必表達出對來目標(biāo)院校就讀的強烈意愿。并給出一個明確的結(jié)束的信號。例如：I would be very honored if you could grant me the opportunity to study in this university. That’s all about my self introduction. Thank you!
