2001/3--2005/6：
Beijing wireless network design engineer
Provide wireless network design and technical support on GSM&CDMA network and WCDMA trial .Wireless network dimensioning and system configuration on presale; support Marketing at technique and coordinate and conference with customers about technology; making radio network frequency planning ;Coordination within engineering team and customer within project; making optimization after implementation project.
I was the prime of the network design team in HeBei CMCC GSM and Henan UNCC CDMA project during 4 years. And I took part in the planning and setup of the first trial WCDMA network.I make the radio network planning and implementation strategy for project.
