Responsibility and Performance:
a. Plan and conduct audits according to actual WIP.
b. Conduct inspection of first production piece，conforming to the approved sample and article description..
c. Conduct audits of in-process and spot-check the finished product strictly according to AQL, to guarantee the production quality before shipping。
d. Provide accurate and objective feedback of final audits. Communicate audit information with other departments.
e. Assist in the development of CAPs (Corrective Action Plans) with clients and provide feedback goal completion.
f. Assist in the training of QC according to the client’s requirements.
g. Assist in assuring client’s quality standards are clearly understood and maintained at producing site.
h. Analyze the monthly customer-complaint, assist in conducting improvement.
