　　簡歷是大多數(shù)人實踐文字設(shè)計的最常見載體。人人都希望簡歷給人留下好印象，因此或多或少會告誡自己「注意排版」。問題在于具體注意些什么。以下十條是最基本的規(guī)則，若能做到，你的英文簡歷已經(jīng)比 90% 的中國人(包括英文系學(xué)生)的規(guī)范美觀了。

　　一、標(biāo)點符號一律使用半角。

　　二、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個半角空格。

　　六、對于電話區(qū)號應(yīng)用不同的符號區(qū)分。

　　七、對于有序列表，應(yīng)采用「阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字 + 英文句點 + 半角空格」的方式。

　　錯誤：

　　八、括號弧線外要留空格，弧線內(nèi)不要。

　　但同一個單詞內(nèi)的括號例外：

　　九、用彎引號，不要用直(的彎)引號。

　　十、正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號，en dash (–) 用來連接年份、時間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。

　　注意：

　　1. 若寫作時用兩個 hyphen (--) 代替破折號，Word 等文書處理軟件會自動將其轉(zhuǎn)爲(wèi) em dash。有鑒于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫作通用的替代法。

　　2. 破折號(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習(xí)慣之不同，無對錯之分。惟請在同一份簡歷中保持統(tǒng)一。
