外企英文面試常見問題分享
1、面試基本注意事項(xiàng)
姿勢(shì)：站，腰要挺直，雙肩自然放松，雙手自然下垂。坐：不要癱在椅子上，抬頭挺胸，平時(shí)對(duì)方。目光穩(wěn)定。不要有小動(dòng)作，腿平放，手自然放在腿上。
細(xì)節(jié)：敲門、關(guān)門、握手。
談吐：千萬(wàn)不能“吐痰”。自信、口齒清楚、音量、節(jié)奏、簡(jiǎn)潔、條理、坦率
神態(tài)：自信、視線停留30-60秒、眼神、嘴巴、笑容
衣著：整潔、得體
2、英文面試題分析
英語(yǔ)中的問題一般分為兩種形式：close-ended questions 和 open-ended questions
前者只需要用一、兩個(gè)詞作答，而后者則需要進(jìn)一步的解釋和說(shuō)明。一般來(lái)說(shuō)面試當(dāng)中，為了避免談話陷入沉悶單調(diào)的氣氛當(dāng)中，考官一般是要將這兩種問題有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來(lái)。考生要準(zhǔn)確把握對(duì)方所問問題的性質(zhì)，給予其想要的回答，從而避免了對(duì)于只需要簡(jiǎn)短回答的問題啰嗦個(gè)沒完，對(duì)于需要進(jìn)一步闡釋的問題卻回答得不夠。兩種情況都會(huì)給考官留下不好的印象。
一般來(lái)說(shuō)兩種問題的引導(dǎo)詞有比較明顯的不同，請(qǐng)大家注意掌握：
Close-ended Open-ended Both
Are…?
Do…?
Who…?
When…?
Where…?
Which…? How…?
Why…?
In what way…?
Tell me about… What…?
【注意】
對(duì)于open-ended questions,在組織答案時(shí)，最好先用一句話或者一個(gè)短語(yǔ)將你要說(shuō)的主要意思總結(jié)一下，這樣不僅可以再拖延一點(diǎn)時(shí)間，而且也有助于對(duì)方聽清楚你的答案，從而會(huì)比較容易留下思路清晰的好印象。
e.g. Interviewer: Why do you want to study for MBA?
Candidate: That’s a rather difficult question. There are two main reasons, I suppose.
如果考官對(duì)你的回答不甚滿意，你也許會(huì)聽到這樣的問題：
I wrod like to know some more about…
Could you tell me a bit more bout…?
Sorry to press you, but could you tell me…?
Sorry, I did not quite understand, could you tell me …?
I did not quite follow what you said about…
Meaning?
For example?
Then you?
Therefore?
Which means?
So then?
例如：
A: How did you happen to move here?
B: I like the climate better.
A: Better than…
B: Better than the polluted air of the city.
A: Which means…
B: Which means I can expect better overall health for myself.
沒聽懂對(duì)方在說(shuō)什么怎么辦？
千萬(wàn)不要往過蒙！！！
你可以：
承認(rèn)自己不知道答案：
e.g. I am sorry. I do not understand.
Sorry. I do not follow.
或者：
請(qǐng)對(duì)方重復(fù)問題：
e.g. I did not catch that. Would you mind repeating it?
Could you repeat the question, please?
再或者：
請(qǐng)對(duì)方為你澄清你沒有聽清楚的個(gè)別詞：
e.g. Sorry. I do not know what you mean by “Union Jack”
Would you mind explaining “Union Jack”?
3、常見英文面試問題回答
1）Tell me about how you handled a conflict situation you encountered
I sat down with the other person and asked him to discuss his issues with me. I then gave my side of the story
2）What motivates you?
A challenge and interesting work
3）Where do you plan to be in five years time?
Your company structure makes me hope I could become a staff engineer
4）What changes have you made in your life that you are most proud of?
I went back to college to study for my MBA
5）What are your salary requirements?
Salary is not my primary consideration but I do have to pay the bills, so I am open to any reasonable offer
